Tracks on MAJIKS are digital goods delivered immediately and without DRM. Once delivered, they cannot be "returned", so all track, album, and license purchases — whether paid by card or with credits — are final, except as described in Section 2 or required by applicable law. Most of every sale is already the artist's money: 100% of a personal-license sale goes to the creator.

You can cancel any listener or creator subscription at any time from your account settings; billing stops at the end of the current period and you keep the subscription's benefits until then. We do not prorate or refund partial periods. Tracks you bought — including auto-purchased tracks — remain yours after cancellation. If we materially reduce what a tier includes mid-cycle, you may contact us for a prorated refund of that cycle.
Paid listener tiers include a monthly music budget that is spent — by you during the month, or by auto-purchase at the end of the billing cycle on your most-played unowned tracks, as disclosed in the Terms of Service (Section 6) and at subscribe time. Auto-purchases are real purchases of tracks you chose by listening, and the artist has already been paid the full sticker price, so they follow the same rules as any other purchase (Sections 1–2).
Credit bundles ($5–$100) are prepaid balance. Bundle credits never expire, but they are non-refundable once purchased and have no cash value. Unspent monthly budget credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not refundable or convertible to cash.
If you are in the EU or UK: by purchasing digital content you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you have under the law where you live, including statutory remedies for defective digital content.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and card disputes are decided by your bank under card-network rules — not by us. Please contact us first: we resolve legitimate problems faster than a dispute does. Accounts that abuse chargebacks on delivered digital goods may be suspended, and we may contest disputes with delivery evidence.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Purchases made with credits are refunded as credits. Where a refund reverses a sale, the corresponding artist payout is also reversed.
